Our business operates from the Desperadoes Pan Theatre, one of Trinidad and Tobago’s premier cultural venues, which serves as our operations centre, workshop venue and one of our designated tour departure locations. The facility is designed with accessibility in mind and provides an inclusive meeting location for guests requiring mobility assistance.

Depending on the experience booked, tours may also depart from hotels, cruise terminals or other pre-arranged meeting locations. Your confirmed departure point will always be provided in your booking confirmation.

Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your reservation, as they explain both your rights and responsibilities and ours.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, references to “you” and “your” include the Lead Traveller (the person making the booking) and every person included in that booking.

By confirming a booking with us, the Lead Traveller confirms that:

  • They have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
  • They have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of every traveller included in the booking.
  • They consent to our collection and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and have the authority to provide the personal information of everyone included in the booking, including dietary requirements, accessibility requirements and relevant health information where necessary.
  • All travellers meet any applicable age requirements for the booked services.
  • They accept responsibility for all payments relating to the booking.
  • They have reviewed the itinerary, quotation, booking confirmation and any supporting travel information provided by us before confirming the reservation.
  • They are satisfied that the itinerary and services meet the needs of everyone in the travelling party, including any relevant medical, accessibility or fitness requirements (please refer to our Tour Suitability Form where applicable).
  • They confirm that the booking includes the services requested and agreed upon by the travelling party.

1.2 ELIGIBILITY

Our booking services may only be reserved by a person who is 18 years of age or older and who has the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us.

A person under 18 years of age may not make a booking directly with Trini Riddims Cultural Tours.

Children and other minors may participate in selected tours and experiences only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by another responsible adult authorised by their parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult accepts responsibility for the minor’s supervision, conduct, safety and compliance with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

Certain tours, activities or venues may have specific age restrictions. Any such restrictions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline a booking where we reasonably believe that an experience is unsuitable for a minor or cannot be delivered safely.

1.3 PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy applies whenever we collect or use personal information in connection with our website, booking forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media, in-person communications and the delivery of our tours and experiences.

By making a booking on behalf of other travellers, the Lead Traveller confirms that they are authorised to provide the personal information of each person included in the booking.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information, including health, dietary, accessibility and emergency-contact information where necessary.

1.4 WEBSITE AND GENERAL DISCLAIMER

We take reasonable steps to maintain the security, accuracy and availability of our website and digital communications. However, we cannot guarantee that our website, email communications, downloadable materials or third-party links will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful software.

You are responsible for using appropriate security software and taking reasonable precautions when accessing websites, opening links or downloading files.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for loss or damage caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party networks, hosting providers, telecommunications services or devices not owned or controlled by us.

Nothing in these Booking Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1.5 INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, costs, damages or claims suffered by Trini Riddim Media that arise directly from:

  • your material breach of these Booking Terms & Conditions;
  • unlawful, fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct by you;
  • damage caused by you or a member of your booking party to property, vehicles, equipment, accommodation, cultural sites or third-party facilities;
  • your unauthorised use or infringement of our intellectual property; or
  • your failure to comply with applicable laws or the reasonable instructions of our guides, drivers, suppliers or authorised representatives.

You will not be responsible for losses caused by our negligence, breach of contract or unlawful conduct.

Where a claim is made against us because of your conduct or that of a member of your party, you agree to provide reasonable cooperation in responding to that claim.

Step 2 – Consultation and Travel Planning

A member of our team will discuss your travel plans, interests, availability and any special requirements. Where appropriate, we will recommend or tailor an experience that best matches your interests and schedule.

Step 3 – Quotation and Reservation

Once your travel arrangements have been discussed, we will send you a written quotation or reservation proposal outlining the services, itinerary, pricing and any applicable terms.

Please review all details carefully and contact us promptly if any corrections are required.

Step 4 – Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after:

  • the required deposit or other agreed payment has been received; and
  • we have issued a written Booking Confirmation.

Following confirmation, you will receive your itinerary, payment confirmation and any relevant travel information required before your experience.

If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within a reasonable period, please check your spam or junk mail folder and contact us.

Reservations cannot be guaranteed until a Booking Confirmation has been issued.

2.2 DEPOSITS

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking value is generally required.

Full payment may be required for bookings made within 45 days of the scheduled tour date or where otherwise advised in writing before payment.

Certain bookings require a higher deposit, including:

  • groups of more than four (4) adults;
  • customised or tailor-made experiences; and
  • bookings involving third-party suppliers that require higher advance payments.

Where a higher deposit is required, we will advise you before your booking is confirmed.

A legally binding agreement is formed only when:

  • the required payment has been received; and
  • we have issued a written Booking Confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline a booking and refund any payment received before confirmation if we are unable to provide the requested services or where exceptional circumstances make acceptance of the booking impracticable.

2.3 FINAL PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance of your booking must be paid no later than 45 days before your scheduled departure date.

If payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you. In that event, the cancellation terms set out in these Booking Terms & Conditions will apply.

If you anticipate any difficulty meeting a payment deadline, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee an extension, we will make reasonable efforts to discuss available options where circumstances permit.

c. REMAINING BALANCE DUE

2.4 CANCELLATIONS

B. Cancellation Due to Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances

You may cancel your confirmed booking before departure without paying cancellation charges where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances arise that significantly affect your ability to travel to Trinidad and Tobago or materially affect our ability to provide your booked experience.

Examples may include serious public health emergencies, government travel restrictions, natural disasters or other events beyond the reasonable control of either party.

When considering requests under this section, we may take into account official travel advice or restrictions issued by relevant government authorities, including where applicable:

  • The Ministry of Health of Trinidad and Tobago;
  • The United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO); and
  • The United States Department of State.

Each cancellation request will be assessed based on the specific circumstances existing at the time of travel.

For examples of events that may constitute unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, please refer to Section D3 – Force Majeure.

2.5 CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY US

We always aim to operate our tours and experiences as advertised. However, because travel arrangements are planned well in advance, there may occasionally be circumstances where we need to amend or cancel part or all of a booking. We reserve the right to make such changes where reasonably necessary.

Except where cancellation is required because of Force Majeure, insufficient participant numbers, non-payment by the guest, safety considerations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will not normally cancel a confirmed booking less than 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

If we need to make a significant change to your booking or cancel your tour before departure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and, where appropriate, offer you one of the following options:

  • Accept the revised travel arrangements;
  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid to us for the cancelled services;
  • Transfer your booking to an alternative tour or experience of comparable or higher value, where available, at no additional cost; or
  • Transfer your booking to an alternative experience of a lower value, where available, together with a refund of the difference in price.

If none of these options are suitable, we will work with you in good faith to explore other reasonable alternatives where possible.

Responding to Our Offer

Please let us know your preferred option within three (3) business days of receiving our notification.

If we do not receive a response, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you again using the contact details provided with your booking.

If we are still unable to reach you and an immediate decision is necessary to protect your booking or minimise disruption, we may proceed with the option that we reasonably believe is in your best interest. We will notify you of any action taken as soon as reasonably practicable.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

3.1 Force Majeure

Except where expressly stated otherwise in these Booking Terms & Conditions, Trini Riddim Media will not be liable to pay compensation, provide refunds or otherwise be responsible where our contractual obligations are prevented, delayed or significantly affected by Force Majeure.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of Trini Riddim Media or our suppliers, where the consequences could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.

Examples of Force Majeure include, but are not limited to:

  • acts of war, armed conflict, terrorism or credible threats of terrorism;
  • civil unrest, riots or public disorder;
  • epidemics, pandemics or serious public health emergencies;
  • government actions, travel restrictions, border closures or official advisories;
  • hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides or other severe weather events;
  • fire, chemical, biological or nuclear incidents;
  • industrial disputes, labour strikes or lockouts;
  • interruption or failure of essential transport services;
  • power failures or failures of essential infrastructure; and
  • any other extraordinary event beyond our reasonable control that makes it unsafe, illegal or impracticable to operate the booked services.

Where a Force Majeure event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where possible, offer suitable alternatives, postponement or rescheduling. However, this may not always be possible depending on the nature of the event.

4. BOOKING AMENDMENTS

4.1 Booking Amendments Requested by You

We understand that travel plans can change.

Requests to amend your booking should be made as early as possible and must be submitted to us in writing.

Changes are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation and an updated itinerary or booking confirmation from us.

Where possible, we do not charge an administration fee for changing the date of an existing booking provided the request is received more than twenty-one (21) days before your scheduled departure.

However, additional costs may apply where third-party suppliers impose amendment or cancellation charges.

Examples include:

  • accommodation providers;
  • transportation providers;
  • event tickets;
  • attractions;
  • theatre or cultural performances; and
  • other prepaid services.

Certain bookings cannot be amended after confirmation, including tickets for special events, performances or attractions where the supplier’s terms prohibit changes or refunds.

All amendment requests remain subject to supplier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4.2 Booking Amendments by Us

Occasionally, suppliers or operational requirements may require us to make changes to a confirmed booking.

Where this occurs, we reserve the right to amend, substitute or modify elements of your booking where reasonably necessary.

Minor Changes

Minor changes are those that do not materially affect the overall value or enjoyment of your experience.

Examples include:

  • a change of vehicle;
  • a change of guide;
  • minor itinerary adjustments;
  • a revised departure time;
  • accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard; or
  • similar operational changes.

Where practical, we will notify you before your tour begins.

Minor changes do not normally entitle you to compensation.

Significant Changes

A significant change is one that substantially affects your booked experience.

Examples include:

  • cancellation of a significant part of your itinerary;
  • substitution with accommodation of a lower standard;
  • removal of a major attraction or destination;
  • cancellation of the experience where no suitable alternative is available.

If a significant change is necessary before departure, we will offer you the options described in Section 2.5 – Cancellations or Changes by Us, including a suitable alternative experience or a full refund where appropriate.

If a significant change becomes necessary after your tour has commenced because of Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, compensation may not be payable. However, we will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption and assist you wherever possible.

5. PRICING

5.1 Prices and Surcharges

We reserve the right to amend the prices of tours and experiences that have not yet been booked.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct that error before confirming a booking.

Once your booking has been confirmed, prices will only be adjusted where necessary because of significant changes in:

  • transportation costs, including fuel or energy prices;
  • taxes, government fees or charges imposed by public authorities;
  • exchange rate fluctuations affecting the cost of delivering your experience; or
  • other unavoidable increases imposed by third-party suppliers.

We will absorb any increase equal to 2% of the total booking price. Only the amount exceeding this threshold may be charged to you.

Unless otherwise stated, our prices do not include:

  • travel insurance;
  • gratuities for guides or drivers;
  • personal expenses;
  • meals or beverages not specifically listed in your itinerary;
  • government taxes or duties payable by the traveller; or
  • optional activities purchased separately.

5.2 OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES, WORKSHOPS & ADD-ONS

To enhance your experience, Trini Riddims Cultural Tours offers a variety of optional experiences, workshops and add-on activities. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • cultural workshops;
  • music and steelpan experiences;
  • cooking demonstrations or classes;
  • First Peoples heritage experiences;
  • handicraft and artisan workshops;
  • photography experiences;
  • community visits; and
  • other cultural activities available during your visit.

Optional experiences are subject to availability and may be booked at the time of your reservation or, where possible, during your tour.

Where optional experiences are added before your booking is confirmed, they will be included in your itinerary and invoice and will be subject to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to add experiences after your booking has been confirmed or while your tour is in progress, please contact your Trini Riddims representative or tour host. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. Additional costs, where applicable, will be advised before confirmation.

5.3 WHAT IS INCLUDED

Your Booking Confirmation, itinerary and invoice will clearly identify the services included in your reservation.

Unless otherwise stated, only the services specifically listed in your confirmed itinerary or invoice form part of your booking.

5.4 WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Unless specifically stated in your confirmed itinerary or invoice, the following are not included in your booking:

  • optional activities or excursions;
  • meals and beverages not specifically listed;
  • shopping and personal purchases;
  • gratuities;
  • travel insurance;
  • personal expenses;
  • government taxes or fees payable by the traveller; and
  • any other services not expressly included in your confirmed itinerary.

5.5 PAYMENTS

Payment arrangements will be discussed with you during the booking process.

Payments should only be made using the methods approved by Trini Riddims Cultural Tours and confirmed in writing by your booking representative.

Any applicable deposits, balance due dates and payment schedules are governed by these Booking Terms & Conditions and your Booking Confirmation.

6. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Delays, Missed Transport and Travel Disruptions

If you or any member of your travelling party experiences a delayed flight, missed connection, cancelled transport service or any other circumstance that may affect your arrival or participation in your booked experience, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

While we cannot accept responsibility for delays or disruptions caused by airlines, airports, ferry services, public transportation providers or other third parties, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in rescheduling or adjusting your arrangements where practicable.

Depending on the circumstances, amendments, additional supplier charges or cancellation terms may apply. Please refer to:

Section 2.4 – Cancellations

Section 4 – Booking Amendments

for further information.

6.2 HEALTH, ACCESSIBILITY AND MEDICAL INFORMATION

A. General Information

The safety, comfort and enjoyment of our guests are important to us.

If you or anyone in your travelling party has a medical condition, disability, accessibility requirement or any other circumstance that may affect participation in a tour or experience, you must inform us before confirming your booking.

Providing this information allows us to assess the suitability of the experience and, where reasonably possible, make appropriate arrangements or recommend a more suitable alternative.

In some cases, we may request additional information or a medical certificate confirming that you are fit to participate safely.

B. Medication and Medical Care

Guests are responsible for bringing any medication, medical equipment or treatment required during their visit to Trinidad and Tobago.

Trini Riddims Cultural Tours cannot provide prescription medication or medical treatment and recommends that guests ensure they have adequate supplies for the duration of their trip.

C. Medical Advice

We do not provide medical advice.

Guests are responsible for consulting their own medical practitioner regarding their fitness to travel and participate in any booked activities.

It is your responsibility to consider your own health, mobility, fitness level and any medical requirements before confirming your booking.

D. Tour Suitability Form

To help us provide safe and enjoyable experiences, we may require certain guests to complete our Tour Suitability Form before confirming a booking.

This may include guests who:

  • have a pre-existing medical condition;
  • require ongoing medical care or assistance;
  • have accessibility or mobility requirements;
  • are aged 70 years or older at the commencement of the tour;
  • are travelling to remote locations and are aged 65 years or older; or
  • have any other condition that may reasonably affect their participation.

Where appropriate, we may request additional information or written confirmation from your medical practitioner that you are fit to participate safely.

E. Water-Based Activities

If your booking includes a boat transfer or any water-based activity, you must advise us before travel if you or any member of your travelling party is unable to swim.

Being unable to swim will not automatically prevent participation. However, advising us in advance allows our guides and suppliers to implement any additional safety measures that may be appropriate.

F. Accessibility and Mobility Assistance

Trini Riddims Cultural Tours is committed to making our experiences as inclusive as reasonably possible.

Our primary operations centre at the Desperadoes Pan Theatre provides an accessible meeting location, and wheelchair-accessible transportation may be arranged for selected experiences through approved transportation partners, subject to advance notice and availability.

Guests requiring mobility assistance or other accessibility accommodations should inform us as early as possible so that we can discuss the suitability of the experience and any arrangements that may be available.

G. Safety and Participation

Our guides, drivers and authorised representatives are responsible for the safe operation of our tours and experiences.

Guests are expected to follow all reasonable instructions given by our team throughout the experience.

Where, in the reasonable opinion of our tour leader or authorised representative, a guest’s health, behaviour or physical condition presents a significant risk to themselves, other guests, our staff or the safe operation of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse participation in, or remove the guest from, part or all of the experience.

Where this occurs because of the guest’s own actions, health condition or failure to disclose relevant information before travel, refunds or compensation may not be payable.

However, we will always seek to act fairly, reasonably and with due regard for the safety and dignity of all guests.

  • No refunds for lost accommodation or any other arrangements will be made, and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination;

6.3 GUEST CONDUCT

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible and considerate manner throughout their experience with Trini Riddims Cultural Tours.

Guests are expected to show courtesy and respect towards fellow travellers, local communities, cultural practitioners, drivers, guides, accommodation providers, partner organisations and our staff at all times.

Behaviour that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, dangerous or likely to cause harm, distress or disruption to others will not be tolerated.

6.4 RESPECT FOR COMMUNITIES AND CULTURAL HERITAGE

Trini Riddims Cultural Tours is committed to responsible, sustainable and culturally respectful tourism.

Our experiences often take place within local communities, heritage sites, places of worship, cultural institutions and environmentally sensitive locations. Guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, cultural practices and community guidelines throughout their visit.

Some locations or activities may have restrictions relating to photography, videography, dress, noise levels or access. Guests must follow the guidance provided by their tour host, community representatives or site managers at all times.

We encourage our guests to help preserve Trinidad and Tobago’s rich cultural and natural heritage by acting responsibly, respecting local people and leaving every place as they found it.

6.5 TERMINATION OF A TOUR

If, in the reasonable opinion of Trini Riddims Cultural Tours, our guides, drivers, suppliers or any authorised person, the behaviour of a guest or any member of their travelling party is likely to:

  • endanger themselves or others;
  • disrupt the enjoyment of other guests;
  • damage property;
  • breach local laws;
  • show serious disrespect towards local communities or cultural sites; or
  • interfere with the safe operation of the tour,

we reserve the right to refuse participation in, or terminate, all or part of the booked experience without further liability.

Where a booking is terminated for these reasons:

  • our responsibility for the affected guest(s) will cease immediately;
  • no refund or compensation will normally be payable;
  • any additional accommodation, transportation or travel expenses will be the responsibility of the guest; and
  • guests remain responsible for any loss or damage caused by their actions.

Where damage is caused to property belonging to accommodation providers, transportation operators, community partners or any third party, the responsible guest may be required to reimburse those costs directly.

Nothing in this section affects any rights available under applicable law.

6.6 PASSPORTS, VISAS, IMMIGRATION AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all passport, visa, immigration, customs and health requirements applicable to your journey.

While Trini Riddims Cultural Tours is pleased to provide general travel information, we cannot guarantee that entry requirements will remain unchanged. Guests should verify the latest requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government authority before travelling.

Visitors should also consult the official travel information published by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and the relevant authorities in their country of residence before departure.

If you are refused entry into Trinidad and Tobago or are unable to travel because you have not met the necessary passport, visa, immigration or health requirements, any cancellation will be treated in accordance with Section 2.4 – Cancellations by You.

7. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The safety of our guests is a priority.

Where seatbelts are provided in vehicles used by Trini Riddims Cultural Tours or our approved transportation partners, guests are expected to wear them whenever the vehicle is in motion.

Guests should also follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by drivers, guides and transportation providers throughout the experience.

While we work with reputable transportation providers, some locally operated public or independently operated transport services may not be equipped with seatbelts in every seating position. Where guests choose to use transportation that is not provided or arranged by Trini Riddims Cultural Tours, they do so at their own discretion and risk.

6.8 TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that every guest obtains comprehensive travel insurance before travelling to Trinidad and Tobago.

Your policy should include appropriate cover for, where applicable:

  • trip cancellation or interruption;
  • medical treatment and emergency assistance;
  • personal accident;
  • baggage and personal belongings;
  • travel delays;
  • personal liability; and
  • any activities included in your itinerary.

Some adventure, water-based or cultural activities may require additional insurance cover. It is your responsibility to ensure that your policy provides suitable protection for the activities you choose to participate in.

7. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Trini Riddims Cultural Tours is committed to delivering the services outlined in your confirmed itinerary with reasonable care, skill and professionalism.

7.2 Our Suppliers

We carefully select our accommodation providers, transportation partners, guides, attractions and other suppliers.

Although many services are provided by independent businesses, we exercise reasonable care when selecting those suppliers.

Where services are provided by independent third parties, their own terms and operating conditions may also apply.

7.3 COMPENSATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Trini Riddim Media will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the services included in your confirmed booking.

However, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, we will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense or other claim arising directly or indirectly from:

  • the acts or omissions of you or any member of your travelling party;
  • the acts or omissions of independent third parties not involved in providing your booked services;
  • Force Majeure or other events beyond our reasonable control;
  • compliance with legal or regulatory requirements imposed by government authorities;
  • loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, luggage, valuables or money; or
  • services, excursions or activities booked independently and not arranged by Trini Riddims Cultural Tours.

If you believe you have a claim relating to your booking, you should notify us as soon as reasonably practicable and follow the complaints procedure outlined in these Booking Terms & Conditions.

Where compensation is payable, you agree to cooperate reasonably with us and, where applicable, our insurers in resolving the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

7.4 PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

8. RISKS

8.1 Acknowledgement of Risk

Travel, outdoor activities and cultural experiences naturally involve some degree of risk.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have considered the nature of the activities included in your itinerary and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and participation.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

  • changing weather conditions;
  • uneven terrain;
  • water-based activities;
  • wildlife;
  • remote locations;
  • transportation delays;
  • limited medical facilities in some areas; and
  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Acceptance of Risk

By participating in a Trini Riddims Cultural Tour, you accept responsibility for the ordinary risks that are inherent in travel and outdoor activities.

Our experiences may include visits to rural communities, forests, beaches, rivers, islands, historical sites and other locations where facilities and emergency services may differ from those available in your home country.

You acknowledge that itineraries may occasionally require changes because of weather, safety considerations, transportation issues, community events or other operational circumstances.

Where changes become necessary, we will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption while maintaining the safety and quality of your experience.

9. LAWS AND JURISDICTION

9.1 Local Laws

All guests are expected to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago throughout their visit.

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in your removal from a tour or experience and may relieve Trini Riddims Cultural Tours of obligations arising from your booking where permitted by law.

9.2 GOVERNING LAW

These Booking Terms & Conditions and any agreement arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
