INTRODUCTION
At Trini Riddim, we want to ensure you to enjoy your tour to the fullest, so we ask you to take a moment to read through the following information and make sure you are fully aware of the style of tour you will be joining. Some of ‘Trini Riddim’ tour in general can be quite demanding and there are risks and hazards which are inherent on such tours. Some places we visit are off the beaten track therefore do not have the infrastructure or sophisticated medical facilities we are accustomed to in the developed world.
You will have the opportunity to take part in many exciting activities and excursions, some of which are included whilst others are optional and require a certain level of fitness, so it is important that you read through the Tour Notes thoroughly and make your own conclusion as to whether you feel that you are fit and able enough to enjoy your tour. Weather conditions on certain tours can also make physical activity more challenging. For each of our group tours, detailed information on all tour arrangements and activities can be found in your tour Tour Notes, available from our website or your travel consultant.
Who should complete this form?
Passenger and Tour Details
- Any persons with pre-existing medical conditions. Any person who requires regular care by a doctor or any person with medical or other circumstances we should be aware of. If you feel you need to provide us with additional details, please attach additional pages.
- All persons aged 70 or over by the tour start date. Once we have received your completed form, we may request further information or a signed letter from your doctor confirming you are able to undertake challenging tours.
We strongly recommend you consult with a medical professional familiar with your medical history and requirements before embarking on any tour. You must complete all sections of the form and provide honest, accurate and up-to-date information to enable Trini Riddims Cultural Tours to safely and enjoyably accommodate you on your tour.
