In this amazing 3-hour tour we call the “City Mix”, will take you on  walking or driving (optional) tour through and around the capital city of Trinidad, known as Port-of-Spain. Walk  side by side with the locals, explore the local streets and lively malls of the city. Experience the contrast in the old and new landmarks, of Port of Spain, and the famous Magnificent 7, showcasing the colonial heritage of Trinidad.and botanical gardens.    Flexibility to customize your itinerary to your own preferences.

Itinerary

Day 1 :

After hotel pickup at 9:15, we head to the foot of Wrightson Road and head onto Independence Square also known as the Brian Lara Promenade, we will experience the contrast between the new and old Port of Spain with some recently built and some over 200 years old. We the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, you will then have the option to go through some of the top malls in Port of Spain or head to the Old Fire Station, which was built in 1896 but renovated in 1999, and right next to the Red House and other historic buildings. We then walk or drive to the Queen's Park Savannah, the largest open space in Port of Spain, 260 acres to witness nature in the Emperor Valley Zoo, botanical gardens and some beautiful architecture of the 19th century in the Magnificent 7 which includes the Stollmeyer's Castle, built in 1904. We then make fantastic local cuisine stop (at your cost) before heading back to your pickup point. TIME 3 hours. 9:30 12:30
